Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of The Business Hub platform and services, operated by Migrate Business Services Company in Amman, Jordan. By creating an account, booking a space, or using any service, you agree to these terms.
The Business Hub provides workspaces, meeting rooms, memberships, business services and the Corporate Mall marketplace. The Hub manages the customer experience and bookings; accounting is handled separately, and payments are processed by the applicable payment provider.
2. Membership
Membership is billed monthly at the published rate (currently JOD 17.40 per month, including 16% sales tax) and is available for 1, 3, 6 or 12 month terms.
If a membership is not renewed, you keep access to your account and any Corporate Mall deals already in progress, but you cannot book new services or post new offers or requests until you renew.
3. Bookings and cancellations
Meeting rooms are billed per hour at the published rate (currently JOD 10 per hour) plus 16% sales tax. Office bookings are confirmed through a proposal and lease.
You may cancel a booking free of charge more than 24 hours before it starts. Bookings cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of the start time.
Office bookings require a security deposit of two months' rent. The deposit is refunded within 45 days of your lease ending, less any amounts owed.
4. Invoices and tax
Invoices are issued in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). Prices for meeting rooms and services are shown before sales tax; 16% sales tax is added on top. Office rental is exempt from sales tax by law.
Customers registered in a Development Zone, or holding a valid tax exemption certificate, are billed at 0% once the Hub team has verified the supporting documents.
Office rent is invoiced on the 15th of each month for the upcoming month. Extra usage and services are invoiced at the end of each month after the Hub team verifies the actual quantities used.
5. Wallet and payments
Your wallet balance can be used to pay for bookings, services and invoices. Top-ups and withdrawals are processed by the Hub team; withdrawals are sent by CliQ or bank transfer (IBAN) after review.
Payments made by card, CliQ, MEPS or cash may require a payment receipt, which the Hub team reviews before confirming your booking.
6. Corporate Mall
The Corporate Mall connects members offering services with members requesting them. Quotations, agreements and payments are handled through the platform.
The Business Hub acts as guarantor for Corporate Mall deals: payment is held securely until the work is delivered and approved. A 3% referral fee is deducted from the vendor's payment when funds are released.
Vendors must upload a valid invoice for each deal. Vendors with a verified tax exemption must upload a tax-exempt invoice.
7. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your ID or company documents. Accounts are approved by the Hub team before full access is granted.
You must not misuse the platform, post misleading offers or requests, or use another member's account.
8. Liability and changes
The Business Hub is liable only as stated in these terms and as required by Jordanian law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.
